Ingredients

  • 1/3 can coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder or 2 raw eggs (cage-free, organic)
  • 1 cup frozen berries (no sugar added)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • stevia to taste

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
